If the photo exists on the web somewhere, right-click it to get its properties, copy the URL and put it between "Img" tags in your post. Its URL must end in an extension that the bored recognizes as a photo, such as .jpg, .bmp, .png, etc.

If it's your own photo, it still must reside elsewhere on the web. Most people here upload them either to photobucket or flickr, get the url and reference them there.

It would be better if this Bored actually used HTML. Our tags are similar, but not the same.
