This topic was only question #6 (unrandomized), so I would not have expected it to be a trick question with any nasty distractors. Therefore, not having seen the video before last night's show, I though it would be reasonable to connect "Yosemite Bear" with "Sleeping Bear". Ouch.

The "Hot Podium" must be set a little low because Marty seemed to loom over it.

Lifeline time for me - go with ATA because if it's a "viral" video then lots of people must have seen it.

He also loomed over Meredith, but that didn't seem to cause a problem. I'm still waiting to see what they'll do with the podium if they ever have another contestant in a wheelchair.

I've been wondering about that. 17 million views (not all of which would be unique viewers) is not that big a percentage of the population. Consider that the SyndieBAM audience frequently trends older (i.e. not the target audience for YouTube videos). Throw in the
Yosemite Bear/Sleeping bear distractor and I think there would have been a very good chance of a dursting.
Does anyone remember this video getting publicity on traditional news sources?

I have no recollection of it whatsoever.
People do react enthusiastically to double rainbows. The last one we had happened to coincide with the county fair, and people talked about it for days.

Did you watch the video (which I've linked to, further up in this thread)? The video, itself, is pretty poor; grainy and shaky. But the guy's reaction on the audio, which runs for over three minutes, is so ridiculously over-the-top that you can't help laughing. As some of the YouTube commenters have observed, it's a
rainbowgasm.
