My parents next door neighbors used to hunt for squirrel, racoon, posuum, bascially anything they could catch! They are originally from North Carolina mountains.

One time, a racoon was stuck up in a tree on our property, the next door neighbor came over and was shaking the tree. My Mom came out and yell at the guy to get off her property and leave her racoon alone!

I have not met Mr. Mike, so I do not know if I support him. That does sound like an excellent recipe, though!
