Anyone read any bell hooks?

I need help with a presentation next week. PM me, please, as this is the sort of thing that will make toes curl if we discuss it in public.
The chapter I'm presenting is the first one in We Real Cool. We are supposed to bring in two outside sources. I have some ideas about those but need to bat it around with someone who's familiar with her stuff.
