I had to go to three stores to find it, but I finally found the Juno Soundtrack today. There really isn't a bad song on it.

I like the acoustic stuff. It's very White Stripesesque and sweet. I really think that it set a nice tone for the movie. Even though Juno talks about the punk rock and seems harsh, deep down I think that she is very innocent and idealistic and the songs sort of convey that idea.KillerTomato wrote:PlacentiaSoccerMom wrote:I had to go to three stores to find it, but I finally found the Juno Soundtrack today. Considering how much I typically agree with you, it's surprising to hear this. I thought the score/soundtrack of "Juno" was one of its worst features. Especially considering how much Juno talks about being a punk goddess, but the soundtrack (and her final scene with Beeker) have this awful singer-songwriter acoustic crap as it's background? There's so much GOOD singer-songwriter acoustic stuff out there...I just didn't think they used any of it, and even if they had, it STILL would have been out of place.
