The Michelin question also came up at WWTBAM-Play It! if I recall correctly.

And the Gilligan's Island question may have been on SynBAM, but it was definitely used on PTBAM. It was the last question ($64K) seen by Will Chapman just prior to Ritterskoop winning her Fastest Finger question.
