Just over 100 posts?

Really?
I know I haven't able to be around much, and Fridays are deader, but this still surprises me.
'Course, Pea's still not here.
There've been a few political discussions, but nothing like the wars we were fighting four years ago (at least not yet).
Oh well. We'll find something to talk about soon. We always do.
And hey, Rock of Love (Should we just go ahead and start calling it RoL now?) starts soon, so Fanny and tgirl will take up Pea's slack all by their lonesomes, right?

Well, is there going to be trivia tonight?
We could spur on a number of posts trying to answer impossibly hard FNGD questions.

Neither is Marley, which accounts for another big number of posts.

Maybe after the dust has settled and the candidates have been chosen we'll get more into such matters. Of course we could discuss whether Bloomberg is going to run as a third-party candidate and which party would be more affected by that decision.

Indeed we do.

I won't be a part of that conversation - but I'll read the posts.

People fight about things when they care, I think that most people just don't care enough about primaries to fight.

But you can tell me I am wrong and we can start a fight to drive up post counts

Or I can post to agree with you, and also up the post count.

The term Moratorium Lounge was coined out of frustration in 2003...
This election cycle is much different than the last time on the Bored....

So far - but once the primaries are over I suspect it will be different.

It is easier to avoid threads or posts we don't care about. So there's less complaining.

But my point was the fighting was going on at least a year and a half before the last Presidential election. Even if it does pick up this year after the primaries, this time around has still been far different from 03-04....

You could do that too.

In 2004 we knew who the Republican candidate would be, and had already experienced four years of his (mis)leadership, so there was lots of reason to be hot about the Democrats, and also to argue about what Bush had done. With two unknowns on the horizon there's not as much to argue about until the specific candidates and their platforms have been settled.

I will endeavor to persevere.
Survivor, Big Brother, and RoL all on at once - it could get ugly fast.

Depends on who we is. Those in the know have been calling it RoL all along. Ha!
I wasn't planning on discussing it at all, unless popular opinion dictates. I need to stay at the kids' table.
PS We are 14 minutes into the marathon (and I feel fine).

Do we have to do
all the work around here?

No.
Just the vast majority, Mr. 1753 posts on this Bored alone.
Of course, you're nothing compared to the PeaMeistress.
On post totals, I mean.
Plus, you're much less likely to tell me to bite you.
