Erin: I was like, "Oh, I'll never pass." Then I passed the test and I was like, "Oh, they'll never call me." And then they called! And now I'm here!

Isn't it blue? But I'm really--I'm completely at sea with this one. Hyacinth macaw--hmmm. But if I had to guess--and this is a pure guess, now, pure guess--I'm gonna guess D: Deep blue, but I wish you luck on this one, because I hope you know more about parrots and hyacinths than I do.

Give Terry credit - he was 100% this week. But he didn't do well in convincing the contestants to go with his answer, as in this case. Hyacinths are sort of a blue-violet in color (that's how they look to me, anyway).

$10,000 is a lot of money, Erin, but only $5,000 of that would have been at risk and $1 million is so much more! Even though Terry did couch his answer with his "pure guess" warnings, he did suggest a rational connection between the bird's name and the flower and gave you lots of time to consider that, don't you think?
