Disguised geography question. It's also a question that even a geoputz could get if given enough time; however, that's no longer a luxury on this show.

Again, one that might have been workable given time. Christmas Seals have always (at least in my lifetime) been used for lung diseases, so tuberculosis would be logical. Definitely not polio, because that was the March of Dimes' focus.

If the audience doesn't know, I could be doomed here. I can eliminate malaria, but among the other three I do not know. I guess smallpox was pretty well on its way to being eliminated by then, so maybe I could go on.
