After reading the question Jeff says, "I'm not a doctor although I have played one on television once." He then adds, "If I had a cigarette it would help." Jeff says that he's not aware of any valves in the kidneys, then launches into a discussion of the pulmonary system, concluding that there are no valves there. He then says that he doesn't think the liver has any valves "although I could probably use one". Jeff concludes that there are lots of valves in the heart, so he makes an educated guess that the answer is the heart. Matt says that that's what he was thinking.
