For Those About to Rock

#1 Post by fantine33 » Wed Jan 09, 2008 10:34 am

Can't wait until Sunday? Need a brush up course? Just can't get enough of Heather's tatters?

Or maybe you just want to see what all of us are constantly nattering on about? Well, here's your chance to get up to speed so you can join us on the awesome turn on that will be Rock of Love 2!

Thursday will be a mini-marathon of Rock of Love. For some reason they're starting with Episode 7, so there will be none of my favourite of the season, Magdalena. Even though I correctly selected Jes in my ROL pool, Magdelena and Brandi M. were my faves.

WELL, did anyone watch!?!

I think the girls were injecting one another's collagen......cause they lips doan look too good. Especially that one with the russian? accent.

What about the one that slept her way through being dismissed from the show.

My hubby wants to chastise me for watching it and yet he always gets sucked into the show too......it's funny. He'll walk in, roll his eyes. Walk out. Come back and stand behind the couch for a few minutes. Ask a question or two. Leave when the commercial comes on. Come back a bit later......

I haven't made any comments, because I haven't yet figured out whom I like and whom I will learn to despise with a white-hot passion. (And whose parents give me the willies.)

Not unlike a gruesome car wreck, eh?

Out of control collogen, for sure. I think that chick is trying for French, though.

It was hilarious, as expected, last night. I lol'd at the one girl who was grossed out by everybody kissing Bret and refusing to do so herself.

I love the way he almost mocks himself, i.e.:

"I'm looking for that deep, spiritual connection"

cut away to shot of woman slapping her bare cheeks ...

'You don't get much more spiritual than that"

lol

The girl that slept her way through... I know her from another message board.

Oh dear. Well, at least she showed more class in her drunken stupor than some of the others did sober.

Oh, and Bret is still working the armadillo...

Y'know there is something refreshing about Bret Michaels. Altho I don't believe he's looking for a soul mate or any such nonsense, I do think he genuinely is who he appears to be on this show. AND as much as I loved Heather Tatters tirade when she got kicked to the curb in the final episode of last season, I can't imagine him finding someone who is a better match for him. JMHO.

If I'm not mistaken, her whole deal was to go there to party/drink for free.

I watched last night, and I'm making Eric watch it right now. He didn't watch any of last season's shows, so I think he is a little surprised about the content ! LOL

I'll post more thoughts later.

Favorite quote of the night: (while talking about Frenchy or Angelique or whatever her name is....???)

"She looks like a blowfish on acid"

I bust a gut after hearing that.

This season should be interesting.
