I would have had no idea, and I really don't know if any of the lifelines would have helped. This is a WWOQ - another in a long line seemingly designed to show how valuable the PAF was.

I've never heard of any of these terms. Try the audience first. If they were stumped, I would've gone to the "expert". And since he offered no real help, I probably would've quit at that point.

I won't agree with you about this being a WWOQ. "Cramdown" has been in the financial news a lot, since the recent financial crisis began. Google has 153,000 hits for it.
