Guess who he wants to be on the next Champions version of Anyone Can Play?
Well, the next four respondents to his message. I tried to be one. It tapes on January 15th, and airs on Feb. 12th.
So, who's available to be a PaF for pop culture?...Wait a minute...different dream.

Yay!
The prizes have gotten a little better, too. (I can say that, remaining grateful that I failed to win a DVD of the Newlywed Game.)

Maddie got an email as well, for the 10th or 15th.
She can't do the taping because of Mock Trial and is sad, because she really wanted to do it.

I won the board game version of "The Newlywed Game." Lucky me.

Maybe that's what I didn't win. The joy remains the same.
I am happy for you, though. You should have taken it to your neighbor's house the day before New Year's.

Please don't take this the wrong way, but I'm kinda glad she can't, because it would really be embarrassing to lose to a freshman in high school.
Really.

I am playing on Jan. 10th. This is my first time. Could someone explain the rules to me of the current format?

I too will be taping on Thursday, 1/10 (airing in early Feb.). After an understandable loss to silvercamaro last spring, TPTB are finally giving me a shot at redemption.

Anything's better than the "copy" of "Bullspit" I won a few weeks ago. It consisted of....two decks of cards and a leaflet explaining the rules.
Woo
(wait for it)
hoo.
(But really, it's not the prizes that make doing ACP so much fun, it's the game itself! And I'm a recordholder: I think I had the biggest lead ever going into the last question of the first round of anyone who ever LOST - because of the *#&*$*#($ing "double or nothing" rule!)

What's the "double or nothing" rule? They didn't have anything like that when I was on last year; I assume it's part of the rule changes that were vaguely alluded to in my email from Stuart?
