Michelle has no idea. Kandi is thinking Turkey, but that's a guess. With 32 seconds left, Michelle decides to Ask The Expert.
Today's expert is the producer of the Real Housewives series, Andy Cohen.

Andy: You know, something is telling me Turkey.

Michelle: Kandi said that, as well.

Andy: She did?

Michelle: She did. What's making you think that?

Andy: Although, you know, actually-- Well, because I've been to Turkey and I know that-- Oh, God, this is really hard! It's just what jumped out at me. It's just what jumped out at me.

Michelle: Okay.

This is a free guess, so Michelle goes along with the answer of Turkey.

Age of contestant, what, 25-35 range?

Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, arguably the least regarded and watched of the four - released 1984.

I'm old.

Heh. I'm gonna make my Dad feel old next time we see him.

Last time we saw him, I told him how my middle son was taking a real interest in WWII history. He's DVRed all the History Channel docs (the Gary Sinise-narrated ones) and watches them repeatedly. My Dad (a Civil War buff, which is why I mentioned it to him) told Chapin he might want to check out the Civil War, since there was a lot of interesting stuff there, too.

It occurred to me last night: Time from Civil War Era to my Dad's birth = time from WWII to middle son's birth. Give or take ten years, anyway.

Probably. Meredith can't chat too much with the contestant without making the guest celebrity feel neglected, now, can she?

It's an amazing thing about films--they can be preserved (and watched) for years and years! :P

(Of course, I didn't even suggest any of the more academic ways in which someone might have heard of bit of history.)

That'll do it, all right!

Your dad can mention to Chapin that Civil War battlefields are a lot more convenient to visit. My family went to Gettysburg when I was five and the Civil War became my first, big obsession.

Yes, but Temple is not one of them, at least not watched. I've owned it as part of the original trilogy set for years, and still haven't sat through the entire thing. I knew the answer on this question from my other sources for acquisition and retention of trivial information.

No. TPTB were saving that idea to torture me with, decades later!
