ATE
ATE is Baratunde Thurston - does not know, does not think it is India because "Cory" does not sound right, leans towards B or D because they are advanced Western countries with active stock exchanges, was in Japan in August and that never came up, so would go with B with "35.68% confidence"
Maria goes for Double Dip, but Mere says they must start the clock
The clock starts to run and Mere reminds Maria if she wants to do the Double Dip she must say it again.

DD at :11
DD and answer
First answer B is incorrect.

She then says she has no idea and as time is about to run out she says D, Japan, final answer.

A. The Philippines (:01)

Maria left with $5000.

So much for Baratunde's good start as an expert on Monday. Since he was leaning towards two different incorrect answers (both of which Maria went for, using the DD) does this count as a Double Dursting?

She can treat her 500 wedding guests to dinner at Five Guys with that! :P

Anyone know about this case? It would seem to me that the singer wouldn't prevail since the painter wasn't "cybersquatting" - he was using his name.

Yes, the painter won.

My past employer, Unicom Systems, sued over unicom.com but lost because the registered owner had it before Unicom Systems was incorporated.
