And as Marley points out, they don't need flight or hotel money.

Contestants who really need the money + slightly harder llama-level questions + 5K instead of 1K = contestants like this one using more LLs on Q4 and Q5 to be sure about their answer.

So could we safely say now the new money tree is now definitely encouraging people to walk rather than risk with this string of mid level walkers? I wonder if TPTB were hoping it'd actually encourage risk since people had a higher safety net or was this what they were looking for all along?

I don't understand this question. It seems like there are words missing and some strange syntax. I don't say this to complain about the transcribers since I value your effort.

This episode doesn't air here until tomorrow, but I suspect the question was something like "Pencil, palm, and fingertip are three common grips a surgeon uses when wielding what instrument?"

Another "tough luck" story.

Either the first-tier questions are getting harder or the contestants are getting spooked by TDC®. How else to explain the rash of lifeline use (no pun intended).

I suppose "France" could be a distractor considering Mexico's history, but they speak Spanish, for goodness' sake, so why would the answer be anything else but Spain?
