WWTBAM Bored

Something is going at my house.

My mom went to the store and brought home many cases of beer and soda.

She also brought home a large white box. I heard her tell my dad that it was custom made, so I had to jump up on the counter to see what it was.

It smelled like cake, so I had to get closer to make sure, because I like cake.

I jumped on the box. I guess it would have been different if my sisters had jumped on the box, because they only weigh eight pounds, but I weigh 17 pounds.

Mom screamed at me and Dad started chasing me around the house.

They aren't very happy with me right now. Mom thinks it's funny, but Dad is really mad.

This reminds me:

Where is Bruce the Wonder Cat? Has anybody left him a trail of Meow Mix to find us here?

(I just realized that Miss Annie might not be too happy that I'm bringing more cats onto this forum... )

Bruce has been here, as has his two-footer.

You'd like Skylar then. That's him to the left. If I can wake him up, maybe he'll come by here to chat. He is by far the most talkative cat we've ever owned, or that has owned us. We just wish we understood his language. (Maybe not. We suspect sometimes that he's really cussing us out for not doing something he wants.)

Jasper, sounds like you are in deep kitty litter. Don't give in to the temptation to 'act cute' to get out of trouble.

If your people hadn't wanted you to jump on the box, they should have left it open so you could inspect it properly.

Jeff's cake has a special crossword puzzle on it and it wasn't meant for kitties.

If Jasper could speak, then I am sure that he would tell you that a cake not meant for cats should not be anywhere a cat might find it.

This clearly is a case of entrapment.
