PAF discussion
Barbara reads the question and choices, verbatim, in 13 seconds. Matt says, "Repeat it one more time?" [I think he actually just wanted the answers again...] and Barbara starts to repeat the whole question again but thankfully Matt interrupts her with "Is House one of the answers?", to which Barbara responds by repeating all of the answer choices. With 5 seconds on the clock, Matt finally hears his confirmation that House is a choice, and says "House, final answer" [whew!].

I felt this was fairly easy - it seemed it would be one of the guys who first landed on the moon and since Armstrong avoids most publicity - it would have to be Aldrin.

With all the promos of the upcoming ToT segment, we never learned a single thing about Barbara, did we?

But Meredith said something about "this time is all about you!" Sure, it was.

What is this now, the third time that a question about a caduceus has shown up in the 10-year history of the game? Who could ever forget Feinberg's $125,000 question about the caduceus?

A: Halcyon B: Mercurial
C: Sisyphean D: Narcissistic
Here's a rewritten version of Neil Larrimore's $250,000 question. And who could ever forget Sisyphean Fan, one of Fanny's many monikers?

A: Buzz Aldrin B: John Glenn
C: Alan Shepard D: Neil Armstrong
Obviously, B and C are wrong. John Glenn wasn't involved in the Moon landing, and I don't believe that Alan Shepard is amongst the living anymore. Double Dip.

This ToT nonsense has certainly cut into the contestant chatter. That's the only good thing I can say about it.

A: Buzz Aldrin ()
Aldrin has always made more of his lunar experience than Armstrong, so it would figure to be him.

Again, nihil obstat®.
