WTVD's coverage of Mike Easley's hearing wiped out the show today, so I'm glad we have the Transcript Team here. :)

Looks like we have another Alan Carver in the Hot Seat... nice! I'm also glad that Meredith finally acknowledged why this was being done and commended it. I look forward to watching this guy tomorrow.

The difference is that Cahill had a smile and a personality to go along with his tactics. As a viewer, that made a huge difference to me.

I'm glad that Meredith took time to explain this for the benefit of those who aren't in the know about such things. It helped that Michael wasn't as obnoxious as the previous contestant who did this.

So far so good.

I was wondering what would happen if he fast-gave an answer that wasn't one of the 4 choices, then said "final answer". Fortunately, neither fast-answerer has done that yet.

I was going to say the same thing.

It's all in how you pull it off.

Alan didn't pull it off with any grace whatsoever.
