It is not its own cartoon. They are minor characters on the show "Superfriends" starring Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman among others. After touching their rings together, they had the powers of turning into the shape of an animal (Jayna) and the form of something water related (Zan.) They also had a monkey, Gleep, and were primarily comic relief. The show also featured voice-work of Ted Knight.
