They're really dissing this show over there big time. I've posted a few things about how I thiught the show would be better. Here's the link to the main board.

The Board itself annoys me. It's a slow-loading interface.

Oh, so they kill our Bored without so much as an apology, but they'll create a new one for their latest idea of a game show, eh?
And they still won't listen...

1. Better editing to give a faster pace. This last elimination show was much improved in that regard.
2. Less redundancy. Does the host HAVE to say the same damned thing for every question? We know the rules. We know that if someone's wrong, they're gone. We can see what the players have picked. We know what it means when the red countdown numbers show up. We know the models will pick up the chips. JUST GIVE THE CORRECT ANSWER AND MOVE ON! Or else show closeups of the models as they lean over to pick up the chips.
3. Better host. Someone ... who doesn't ... pause between every ... few words. And someone who knows how to ad lib, especially if the writer's strike continues for a while. Greenberg truly seemed at a loss for words sometimes. How does he manage to do a call-in show?
4. Get rid of the winner-picks-their-opponent crap. Just randomly pick the opponent, have them introduce their audition hook, and get on with the game. And make sure everyone gets a shot. I hope they paid the players at least as much as they did the audience. All that time and stress, with absolutely nothing to show for it? Baloney.
Six hours of show (so far) that they could have done in four and made it a much tighter and much better series to watch. I hope it comes back in a better incarnation. Actually, I just hope it comes back.

Some of the players are posting on the Duel message board. I thought it would be nice if one of the Mods went over and offer them over here and tell us some of their stories.
