Prosecutors said the melee broke out Thursday at the end of a custody matter in Fagg's courtroom involving Wimber's daughter. When Fagg ordered that Wimber allow his daughter's mother visitation with the 4-year-old, Wimber called out,
"Bite me, your honor!"

Oh, I mentioned it. I distinctly remember asking you if Mr. Wimber was a relative. I think you may have been in Florida, or otherwise occupied, at the time.

I was in my office next door, calling the police, I could hear the yelling/swearing. It was much worse than reported in the paper. This guy and his dad are serious idiots. My boss has the patience of a saint. The whole "bite me, your Honor" has become quite the courthouse joke. You sprang to ming almost immediately
