This is a detail that I compulsively notice while watching Millionaire, a la looking for that stupid FedEx arrow on every truck that drives by.

After missing a question, the urge to flee the hotseat is so very strong.
And I imagine it's even stronger after a double dursting. :-(

On the farm:

To be very, very picky:

If the standard definition emphasizes the "gathering" function of the machine (off the ground, from the windrows of grain already threshed (?right verb)), and the name emphasizes the "baling" function, then the connection is not particularly fitting -- being more like a round bale in a square baler.

Less picky.

Spraying insecticides is a distractor. SHOUT_OUT SHOUT_OUT SHOUT_OUT to Confessor.

Lines and VInes:cant be an easier Google PAF question, although it really does sound like a "boy" album,

Wonder if DD ever entered his mind? I would have thought given the ATA results that would force the DD instead of PAF.

OK, from the comfort of my cubicle I guessed the right answer. However in the Hot Seat I would have gone for a lifeline. Like Richard, I'd have used ATA and then been stuck pondering whether to go with the "second strong answer is correct" notion, or burn another lifeline.

Questions like these are why it's nice to have a 14-year-old-daughter.

Especially one who's scared she's going to mess up her iPod, and so is always asking me to load it up with new songs for her.

I'm embarrassed to admit this but elwing is a big fan of both the Jonas Brothers and Hannah Montana (although she doesn't like Miley Cyrus' music). She watches the Disney Channel and has even seen the two Cheetah Girls movies. I'll have to ask her if she knew this.

Definitely should have DD-ed.

The "choose the second strong answer" method may have worked here too. I wonder how many of that 42% subconsciously associated "Vines" with "Cheetah" when they chose that as their answer?
