WWTBAM Bored

As I posted earlier...it is really snowing here north of Boston on the coast. My parents have several bird feeders out in the yard that they fill up.

The container is on their deck. Well, Mr. Squirrel tried to get into the bucket. I was watching him. He got the ice off the top, then, started flipping the lid, almost getting the lid off of the supply of bird food.

So, I put on my snow mocs, and go out onto the deck to close the cover. But, first, seeing that its Christmas, I took a couple cups full and spread the seed on the ground, so that Mr. Squirrel can partake.

Well, later on after I logged off the puter, and went downstairs... what should my wondering eyes should appear, but the dang squirrel sitting in the bird seed bucket chomping away! Like its an all you can eat buffet!

I angrily knocked on the window, and he just looked at me. As if to say, "You are NOT going to come out here in the cold and snow and shoo me away". Then he proceeded to give me his rendition of the middle finger!

Mr. Squirrel... Its on!

I got on my shoes, open the deck slider, and almost took out the Christmas tree!

Then I went out onto the deck, and retrieved the bird seed bucket! Mess with me will ya...

But, before I went into the house, I dumped a few more cups of bird seed onto the ground.

BTW, we are not getting 4 - 8 inches here...

we are getting 6 - 10 inches of snow here!

I think Annie needs to give you a few lessons in how to deal with evil squirrels!

Then I went out onto the deck, and retrieved the bird seed bucket! Mess with me will ya

That'll show that evil squirrel!

But, before I went into the house, I dumped a few more cups of bird seed onto the ground.
