WWTBAM Bored

Today is my last day at work until after Christmas - regular compressed day tomorrow and, thanks to the president, a Monday holiday to go with Christmas day.

As predicted, I was not allowed to play the "reindeer games" at our Christmas party/teambuilding exercise, but they did allow me to pick out a gift beforehand, since they figured I'd win them all anyway. I've got one of the quizzes and I'll post it anon.

Tomorrow I'm giving an early Christmas gift - the gift of time - to a friend who has no transportation and hasn't been able to do much shopping. I'll be chauffeuring her around town so she can accomplish all the errands that have been piling up.

Good luck with that. I went to the mall yesterday and to a Tilly's. Most of my time was spent looking for parking and waiting in line to purchase my items.

All I'm doing is dropping her off, then going to find a place to wait. I can park in the remote part of the malls (if that's where she needs to go) and wait for her to call me to pick her up.
