Since everybody won't be reading my later post on the subject until after they've already answered it, yes there are TWO #2s in the QOD. Just roll with it, extra points available!

I won't go back and edit my answer. I haven't figured out how to quote your questions and answer with a spoiler...it never works...so I have to flip back and forth with the questions and answers. I dint even notice the question numbers.
Just so you know....
I only answered #1, the first #2 and what I thought was #5 ...if that helps any. Otherwise, I'll take a zero. It's OK.
