Snoop is wearing a shirt that says "I BECAME A SNOOP DOGG MILLIONAIRE". He has another solo album coming out, his tenth. His albums have sold over 30 million copies. Regis asks how he got the name "Snoop Dogg":
Snoop: When I was a kid in the '70s, I used to watch a show called "Charlie Brown" and there was a certain character on there that I used to love and my mother said that I started to look like him 'cause I used to watch him so much. So she named me "Snoopy".
Regis: I like those pair of glasses, too.
Snoop: Yeah, they playa.
Regis: Very sharp. Tell me about your charity.
Snoop: My charity is the Snoop Youth Football League.
Regis: I've heard about that.
Snoop: I put that together 5 years ago for the inner city for kids to play football and not get involved with gangs or drugs. I wanted to give them another opportunity, and this is what I've been doing.
Regis: How many kids do you think have joined over the years?
Snoop: I'd say somewhere between 5 and 10 thousand kids.
Regis: Sounds like you're a football fan, huh?
Snoop: I'm a die-hard football fan.
Regis: Really? What's your team?
Snoop: Pittsburgh Steelers. (A loud, VADame-ian whoop is heard from the crowd.)
