The "capitol" of Montana is neither Hannah nor Helena. It's this building:

I'm surprised some small Montana town hasn't decided to change its name to "Hannah", as Ismay, MT did (unofficially).

LOL - now that is funny!

I love it when the person making fun of ignorance gets their ignorance pointed to!

"Hannah is not the capitol of Montana" was the sentence Bart Simpson was writing on the chalkboard at the beginning of last nights show.

I was watching the Survivor finale, since they had it instead of TAR and it didn't conflict with 5th Grader.

But I was curious why you made the observation in the first place. :P

Ear, are you old enough to remember Las Vegas, NM changing its name to curry favor with an old game show?
Spoiler
Changed its name to Truth or Consequences.

Las Vegas, NM is alive and well. I got stuck there overnight in 1976. It was Hot Springs, NM that changed its name.

Yes and no. I wasn't born yet (2 years to go) when the actual name change took place, but I am old enough to remember the TV show and when my family planned a trip to California we were going to go through there. However the car broke down and we didn't make it any farther than Carlsbad Caverns.
