Almost....
Actually, it's Ricky Gervais, starring as David Brent, the original clueless manager in the British version of The Office. This scene was his contribution to the dance contest they had in Season 2. Laugh out loud funny and one of the funniest shows I've ever seen, both this specific show and the series as a whole.
I really thought I was gonna hate the American version, but I've actually grown to love it.

Like I said. There is an unexplained spike in the price of Twinkies. Its been a few years, 50 lbs. is not impossible.

Also, Ricky Gervais is 5'7". Everybody who knows me (except Pea) knows I'm taller than that.
