Here is the source of the fries in my area:
The company is from Rigby, Idaho.
No wonder the fries are so good.

Hey, Snaxx! I'm going to be in Philadelphia over July 4th weekend. Want to grab a burger? I've never been to 5 Guys!

There's one in Tulsa.
There's now one here not all that far away; too far for lunch though.

Not according to their website. Where did you find one?

Unfortunately, I planned a trip to DC leaving on Friday morning then returning Sunday (the 5th) about 11:30 AM. If you are still around Sunday noontime or afternoon maybe we can meet.

Mm Five Guys. My husband took me there for Valentine's Day, on my request. The one we go to has an apartment building next to it with its own dedicated entrance. Its probably for the best that I don't live there.

That good, eh?
What has been your Pregnancy Crave Food? When I was pregnant with Darling Daughter I HAD to have Taco Bell Enchiritos at least once a week. DD is still a major Tex-Mex fan, so I assume it's all my fault.

Actually, I think it is the other way around.
When I was pregnant with Daughter1111, I craved chocolate. I am not a chocoholic. Can walk right by the stuff. She, however, is one. So even in utero she was requiring me to feed her chocolate.

We have a Five Guys about a mile away. Never been. So, it's worth the calorie splurge?
Cravings when preggo:
With my son: Peanut Butter, Oranges, ice water - as cold as I could get it - also Chinese eggplant with garlic sauce and curried string beans. I ate spicy food every single day. The hotter the better.
With my daughter: Anything sweet and chocolate was a bonus. Brownies, chocolate ice cream, watermelon and Tofu Homestyle with brown rice.

I think this is right. Michele craved meat with her older son, and he will down a monster ribeye (or hamburger, or pot roast, or pork ribs) and ask if she's gonna finish hers. With her younger son, she was like Hermillion, had to have hot Mexican food every day, the hotter, the better, and he's still the same. He'll add jalapenos if the food's not hot enough for him.

Well, Five Guys "little" hamburgers with lettuce, pickles, ketchup, mustard and A-1 Sauce.
Any chocolate with caramel in it-Caramello, Rollos, and Milk Duds.
And the old pregnant lady standby, pickles.

I went for the ultra spicy stuff during my bun/oven stages as well. Chinese, Indian and Sri Lankan Buffets nearby got lots of my business. Older daughter loves the stuff too; tall son- not so much. Go figure.

OMB, I must be pregnant! I love all of these things.
But I'm fairly certain I'm not currently with child...I look nothing like either Arnold Schwartzenegger or Billy Crystal.

Just because I have never seen one doesn't mean we don't have one....
And sure enough, there are two locations out in the western burbs with 2 more on the way. Of course, I never have any reason to go out to the western burbs.....

I still say, it will be a long time before we get one.

Well they don't advertise either. That doesn't help....
Kinda like when some guy I had never heard of who ran no ads in the St. Louis market (I think his name was Barack something or other....) won our Democratic Senate primary 5 years ago over 2 candidates who both advertised heavily, leaving me scratching my head....

I was introduced to Five Guys by Beloved Son, after he'd spent a month and a half at college in DC- which is where, I believe, they were founded.
The best semi-fast food burger and fries I have ever eaten.
