Hello again...

Still alive and posting here, which is a good sign. First and foremost, my boss continues to improve. He is walking a few steps now - the key word here is "few", although it is an improvement. Hand-eye coordination is also slowly improving. He is somewhat frustrated that his vision is not coming around as quickly as he would like. The frustration is to be expected, I guess; he was hoping to be able to do some stuff from his bed. Fortunately, his boss put the kibosh on that and told him to worry about himself rather than work.

Which brings me to the other part of the situation. Luckily, we have some help with the situation at work. We have had a crew from another of our shops helping us over the past month; as they had brought two supervisors along and since things were starting to slow down for the outside crew, one of their sups agreed to step in until our guy comes back. Which is a relief for me; as I have noted, I had more than enough to take care of myself even before this past weekend.

Meanwhile, boss will have his job back when he is ready. Which is a Good Thing.

Thanks to everybody for the good wishes...

Glad to hear things are improving. Hope they continue to do so. Be sure and take care of yourself!

Good vibes still headed your way, AD. Nice to see that things have calmed down a little (relatively speaking).
