Kelly says that Natalie has been doing yoga since she was three and when she gets stressed she sits in her yoga pose and "does her om's". That's what she suggested her mother do.

Kelly goes with Joel's answer. Meredith says, "No," and both Kelly and Joel look crestfallen, but Meredith goes on to say,
"Joel isn't 5 for 5; he's 6 for 6."
