$16K: I would've been gone on this question. I thought it was Priam. The word "heckle" from "Hector" never crossed my mind.

I wouldn't have done any better on the $25K question. I said Independence Hall there. I thought Philadelphia was the capital back in 1789.

If heckle did not cross your mind, then I guess the actual answer that "hector' is a verb meaning to intimidate, dominate, or bully also never crossed it.

Grade school vocabulary quizzes apparently do serve a purpose.

As does studying American History for a year in high school, as I recall the pages about Washington's inauguration.
