You ask.
I awoke at 4 a.m. with a pain in my neck. I tried several different positions to try to alleviate the pain, but none worked. So, I just went ahead and got out of bed. I was planning to get to the gym this morning (I even went to be early), but there's no way I can work out with this pain.
Why am I up?
