87 away

#1 Post by sunflower » Sat Mar 28, 2009 11:58 am

From 2000 posts, as of this post.

I have an unlimited supply of soda, rice krispie treats are made and setting/cooling, and I have no plans to get off the couch today. It's DVR, napping and internet all day. It's been a rough couple of weeks and I am happy for the down time, in my own home.

2000, and top 100, here I come....

aiders and abettors ready and willing!

Rainy day, just handed Chapman off to his dad....poor little thing is sick...I've sprayed everything with
my Clorox hard surface cleaner and I'm in for the afternoon as well.

I'm sure we can hit that 2000 mark in no time! :)

Would this be as good a thread as any to alert you girls as to the necessity of rally caps this evening at 7 pm mountain (8c/9e)?

From my google how to of the day:

How to Paint a Face like Spiderman

My thoughts.....why would you want to?!?!?

Step one:

Ask your client if they have any allergies to face paint.

The 2nd how to is much more interesting:

How to make English Fish and Chips with Beer Batter

Of course, I haven't fried anything in about 10 years,so I doubt I'll be using
this recipe anytime soon.

Good idea, although if they're coming to get their face painted, I'm guessing they think they aren't.

#1Son was Spiderman for Halloween the year he was 3. He loved every minute of it. I think I just bought a DIY kit from the costume aisle.

951 posts to go until I hit 2000. Oh, well -- given the weather, I can probably do it!

My little granddaughter would run screaming from the room...she doesn't like Santa, she doesn't like clowns, she
doesn't like school mascots. Anything or anybody "dressed up" gives her the creeps. The spiderman face just
isn't grabbing me.

I forgot to post yesterday, I was able to stop at the police station yesterday to get my police report from my accident. Mippy is going down!! He was in fact cited for "failure to drive in proper lane" and the officer documented that his story was inconsistent, that at one point he said he was in the left lane and at another he said he was in the right.

Fingers crossed for Geico expediting this claim now that we have the proof we needed...
