My surname is sort of on the globe. There is a city in Germany called Bielefeld.

Hmmm. My name is very big in Spain as to be expected. But it is more popular in regions adjacent to the area/city which is my namesake. There is one anomaly. There is a pocket in the northern reaches of Sweden, Jamtland and Vasternorrland.
