Get a load of this...

#1 Post by Rexer25 » Wed Mar 25, 2009 11:33 am

My employer is starting a new online payroll service in April. One of the FAQs is:
Will I need training to use Self-Service?
No formal training is required with the simple point and click functionality of the new online tool.
Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
Enough already. It's my fault! Get over it!

That'll be $10, please.

Is this one of those "inside" jokes?

Have you ever tried a brand new website, and negotiated it without training?

What's the corollary to Murphy's Law? Nothing is foolproof, because fools are so ingenious?

Rexer! We had that there service implemented, too! The first hurdle to get over was finding the actual website. It wasn't posted anywhere on our intranet, only in the notification email to managers that it was there.

Hard to click with nothing to click with/on.
Well, then

How does that work, by the way? Do you just switch the $10 from pocket to pocket?

That's what he SAID he was doing, but I know better........
