No, it's not what you think and get your mind out of the gutter.

As you may (or may not) recall I had posted a while back about a friend and former neighbor or ours in S.C. that was having a particularly difficult time getting a deadbeat renter out of her house.

Well, we have now heard that she has sold her house and finally got that monkey off her back.

Another reason that today is a good day.
