Nelly bought me a new toy!
It's something that he calls a digital camera.
I don't know what it does, but it has a bunch of buttons and lights and other cool things.
It's very smooth and durable. I played with it for almost 2 hours yesterday. It slides nicely on the kitchen floor and it never breaks.
It has a nice long string on it that tastes good. I can even chomp down on the string and carry it all around the house.
I get a good workout from it.
Nelly gets a good workout from it, too. Every time I run around the house with it, he runs after me.
OK, nap time! Bye!

Sounds like a fun toy, Dawson!
Tell us if it survives the drop test when you slide it from the kitchen table!

I'm happy with the little piece of plastic that comes off when you first open a jug of milk! I guess that's one good thing that came out of the local dairy's closing. Glass bottles are too heavy to play with....
One day, I'll get even with them all...

Squirrels are the architects of forests, the planters of trees, nature's own acrobats and show a zest for life that can inspire us. Every day should be National Squirrel Appreciation Day!

Many of these (squirrel) migrations were probably caused by food shortages as well as habitat overcrowding. We solved that for them. We not only reduced their habitat, we reduced the whole species by about 90%. The least we can do now is share a little birdseed with them.

Yeti Girl is brave to get near a sink. We still laugh about the time Dumbellina thought the bubbles in the tub would hold his weight....
Knowing a great deal is not the same as being smart; intelligence is not information alone but also judgment, the manner in which information is collected and used.

That's not actually Yeti. A while back Skoop posted a link to "Cats in Sinks," and I couldn't believe my eyes when Yeti's avatar came up. That looks exactly like her. For a few moments, I thought she was two-timing us, then I realized she's way too skittish to get that comfy in somebody else's house. Right down to the pattern of white fur on her paw, though -- it looks like Yeti.minimetoo26 wrote:Yeti Girl is brave to get near a sink.
