WWTBAM Bored

I came home with all my burn products (okay just cream and drugs...I'm also counting the make me feel better Panera salad) and there are a group of women congregated by the condo for sale downstairs. I am immediately plotting. I wait nicely while they figure out the key situation and they decide I look nice and they should ask me questions about the complex. I oblige, and then invite them upstairs to see mine, which is not yet on the market but will be. It's a little messy today but in great shape and I sold hard...I saw the competition so I know what is out there. I sold on all the points that I needed to. It was a single girl, looked like she's about the age I was when I moved in. This is perfect for her as she wouldn't need to do anything. I told the agent if they wanted to make an offer today I would do this without my agent (who I meet with tomorrow to sign the papers!) and credit back the seller's agent commission to the buyer.

Everyone cross fingers, I need some good news! Plus I could stop doing work if I could get an offer!!!
