Banker joke.

When a fireman sees a house on fire, he sounds an alarm, dons his turnout gear, bravely rescues the occupants and puts out the fire.

When an investment banker sees a house on fire, he quietly sells the burning house short, uses the proceeds to buy a larger house for himself and, when someone suggests that his taxes be raised to help the homeless, he rails against the dangers of socialism.

Until the fire from the smaller home spreads and catches his on fire.

Then he asks for a bailout, and pays himself a large bonus for his ingenuity.

HEY! Lay off CT!!

We do seem to have a lot of prisons given the size of our state. Or maybe it's proportionate. I'm sure that statistic is out there somewhere, I just don't care enough to find it. I just know I've driven by a lot of prisons around here.

I lived in Danbury for 8 years- drove by Danbury Correctional many times on my way to Candlewood Lake, Squantz Pond, and New Fairfield.

I'm allowed to make comments about CT!

I was just commenting on your senator and his memory lapses.
