Might have been TDC®-ed on the safari question, but might have used a LL anyway. That was the last question that she would risk not being able to pay for her shirt or bike. Her goal must be a WE® record; it made those who mentioned they were aiming for $4K or so look impressive!

Oh, and the nighttime BPOTD is that she was trying to climb an Antill.

Easy stack up to 50K. I'd be Double Dipping choosing between Hawaii and Delaware.

$25K-I learned about Mendel in 10th grade biology class. We spent a LOT of time studying him and how he studied heredity using those pea plants.
I'm just a game show nerd.

Where Else®, and depending on what kind of writer, she may also be a What Else®.

Gee... ya think?! <grumble>®

I'd like to meet the 9% who claim to have seen polar bears during a safari.

$8K: I've never heard of this book. Ask Ogi.

$25K: I would've been screwed on this one. Even before the choices came up, I thought it was either Delaware or Rhode Island. I didn't think that Hawaii made any sense because of all of the islands.

Stop right there, Sara! I pay you that $30 plus a bike plus a healthy bonus, if you step down and give me your turn in the Hot Seat!

I have used the ATA at $8K. I recall christie mentioning that Hawaii school district fact, but I think that was after this taping would have been, so probably another lifeline there. So, does Hawaii have statewide election campaigns for the school board? :?

As long as she doesn't pull a llama, she's good for at least that. But the name of the show is Who Wants to be a MILLIONAIRE, so set your sights a little higher, 'kay?

B. The Shack (:09)
Never heard of the book, but it's most likely "Shack" - "Barn" and "Shed" sound like farm buildings, not likely to be found in the middle of the woods, and "Hut" seems too jungle-ish.

And evidently he fudged his data. There was a discussion about this either here or on the J! board.

I might have gone with Alaska and gone home with $1K - even though it's a large state its population is small. Assuming I didn't let TDC® pressure me into a bad choice, it would be time for a lifeline. I doubt ATA will help, nor will DD, so let's go with a Google PAF and hope.
