I'm not saying it's impossible, but the APs have not yet selected a contestant that required a booster chair in the hot seat. ES is awfully short.

One slight beef is that Nick Charles' wife's name was spelled without an H at the end.

$50K: I've seen this movie many times, but I couldn't remember if it was "Tom Sawyer" or "David Copperfield". Double Dip.

I think this question was overvalued. This was the year that "Titanic" swept the Oscars and "L.A. Confidential" was the only one of those films that won even one Oscar.

Neil Larrimore's $500K back in November 1999 asked which actor never portrayed Jesus on film, so I guess it was only a matter of time before they asked who never portrayed the devil. (I have a beef with the WWTBAM writers capitalizing the devil's name, though. I believe that the devil is not worthy of a capital D.) I know that John Ritter played the devil in the all-star Biblical spoof "Wholly Moses!", but I had no clue on the other three. I'll try the audience, even though they would probably have no clue. For all I know, they may overwhelmingly pick Mickey Rooney cuz he seems the most unlikely to play the devil. It's for that reason that I thought that he did play the devil. If I'm still lucky enough to have the PAF, I'll use him; otherwise, I'll walk away. Too bad that I had to spend my DD at $50K cuz I could've picked Liotta and Mortensen, the two actors who seemed like they could play a believeable devil.

I never really cared for the "theme" weeks, either, but I have to say this particular movie week was surprisingly entertaining. No one left with less than 25K and there were a couple 250K winners, one of which would have made at least half a million if he followed his hunch. The only annoying part were the "experts" of the first 3 shows, who knew less than the contestants even though they were movie "critics", so-called.

I count four "Which of these is not x?" questions for this guy. Those are generally tougher than "Which of these is x?" - it's less likely you will definitely know the correct answer because you have to know three answers that are x instead of just one in order to be sure.

And this one was fun to watch too.

Imagine: A game where people who know their stuff are allowed to play.

At least, on movie week, its sometimes like "the old days".
