Blech!
Anybody want a 44 oz. cup of Diet Coke? The idiot at Church's apparently gave me diet instead of regular Coke when he refilled my cup. The nasty diet aftertaste is very apparent....
OK, I had to post something since I realized I forgot to post as myself this morning. I'd hate for my streak to come to an end on account of vagueness.....

I don't want your soft drink, but you have my sympathy on getting the stuff you don't like. I agree with you about the awful taste of diet drinks.

I switched from regular to diet Dr Pepper almost 20 years ago, and now I can't drink regular soda. If I can't get Diet Dr Pepper I get Diet Coke/Pepsi instead of the regular stuff.

I only really only drink diet 7-up type drinks if it is soda. But anyone of them will do.

Just make sure there aren't any stowaways.

Diet Coke should not be for internal consumption.
It is better used as a stain remover. Or in chemical warfare.
Rat poison also comes to mind.

I agree with Dave - I haven't found a diet drink I can consume. I have tried drinking them by squeezing some
fresh lemon juice in them to cut that artificial sweetness. but it didn't help.
Of course, had they accidentally filled my 44oz cup with Pepsi instead of Coke, I would also be saying
"blech!"

If they did that, you would be wondering who put such a heavenly beverage in your cup and thanking them profusely....
