THE team fighting to save the native red squirrel in the North East has officially endorsed squirrel-flavoured crisps.
As nutty as it sounds, the Save our Squirrels group – based at Northumberland Wildlife Trust – is backing the new Cajun Squirrel crisps, one of six finalists in Walker’s “Do us a Flavour” competition.
Carri Nicholson, SoS project manager, said: “Although the crisps are completely vegetarian, they fit in with the interest in grey squirrel as a delicacy.

Then how are they Squirrel Crisps?

I thought the UK had Truth in Advertising laws?
