The DC Administrative Law judge who sued his dry cleaners over lost pants, lost his case, his job and now his appeal.

Actually I should have been reporting that he lost his petition for rehearing the appeal.

Can't muster the sympathy for him.

Did he lose his wife and dog as well?

One would think that spending a million dollars on a pair of pants, that they would certainly be appealing - I hope he saved his reciept so he can get a refund. Granted they probably looked great in the store, but it is the appeal they have in everyday life that is important.

But I don't have a gun rack yet. Spock won't give me one of his hand-me-downs.

Not many people use them any more around here. The feeling is that the gun rack, even empty, makes the truck a target for break-ins by bad guys looking for guns.

I'm sure I could get you an NRA bumper sticker and a Toby Keith CD.

Hey!

I have plenty of Toby CDs!

no gun rack and the NRA can kiss my butt.

Although I am for a woman's right to arm herself. (not so sure about a man's right)
