Although I'm much improved, there's a nagging part of this cold that keeps dogging me (no offense, annie, herjosie or any other canine four-footer reading this post). My head is congested and so are my lungs, so I'm coughing up junk. As PSM would say, "Eeeeeeeeew!" (did I spell that right?).

Didn't I tell you that you need to see a doctor about that lung congestion?
Sometimes it won't go away with an antibiotic and we don't want it turning into pneumonia, do we?

I thought it would go away, but it didn't. <Sheepish> Yes, you did tell me about that and I am going down to the health unit to see the doctor there.

Good. I do hope you get better soon.

P.S. That was quite a comeback UL made last night, wasn't it? I turned the game off.

It sure was - I went to bed long before it was over and when I heard the results on the radio this morning I was flabbergasted. Of course that may help morale, but the Cards still have a non-winning record and won't be going to a bowl game, both breaking 10-year strings.

Ahem. Can you say "bronchial infection"? If you wait long enough, they get to give you the shot in the gluteus that stiffens up if you stop moving, then you HURT like nobody's business.

I used to get complications every time I got a cough, but it stopped when I quit working in a smoky restaurant/bar. Surprise, surprise....
