OK, this little "slice of life" dealt mostly with Claire and her mother. Props to mom for stepping up and pitching in to help. Sylar remembers what happened to him at the diner - from the look of it, his father was exchanging him for cash, and the purchasers were Mama Petrelli and HRG, which wouldn't be surprising. But once again I'm trying to figure out if some of the heroes were born with their powers or whether they're all artificial creations.

As for Matt and Peter, I realize that "a foolish consistency is the hobgoblin of little minds" but I seem to recall that there were issues whenever Matt tried to use his power in the presence of another mind-reader, so why can he now work in tandem with Peter? I also don't recall there being any concentration issues before. And why didn't Matt just create alternate realities for the hunter and the goon squad?

And darned if the "liberal media" didn't rear its ugly head - after all, who else would air an unattributed piece of video footage and blame the government. Since the figures were in hoods, how could anyone determine that they were American citizens?

Spoiler
I was annoyed that Sylar's memories conveniently never showed his dad's face. And I'll be even more annoyed if Sylar really leaves his new sidekick behind.

Nathan screws things up, but saves Peter because he still loves his brother. Where have we seen that story arc before?

And I'm more convinced than ever that Micah is Rebel. Who else could hack into computers at will? I'm not sure why he (or anyone) would set the Puppet Man to Claire to be rescued, though.

I thought Sylar had killed the Puppet Master back at PrimaTech.

I wonder what Mama Petrelli whispered to Nathan after Peter flew off.

Just to let you know, I will be late chiming in. Missed the last half of "Chuck" and all of "Heroes" dealing with HS's issues.
