Cowtown 5K

I started running around the first of the year. My goal was to run a 5K in under 30 minutes. The Cowtown 5K was run today, and I am very happy to say that I exceeded my goal. When I crossed the finish line, the clock was at 27:35. My chip time ought to be even better than that when they get those times posted.
Now I need to find someone to massage my calves...

You must be raising some hifalutin bovines up there in Cowtown. I knew that Kobe beef cattle get a daily massage, but I didn't know the practice had spread to Fort Worth. How many head are you running?
