My alma mater's women's team is frequently near the 100 pt. mark.
I dint watch and will take an apology also.

Friend of a friend was the fan who kept yelling that he wanted his money back.
Illinois shot no free throws-Assembly Hall record.
Fewest pts scored by Illini since 1947-Assembly Hall record.
I expect big things from the Big Eleven come tourney time...

A win is a win.
Penn State is NIT-bound for sure, unless they collapse.
A good showing in the Big 10 tourney, and they can sneak into the Dance.
They're three years over due for their once-every-five-years pattern of appearances since 1991.

I'm thinking it is the Illini who need to apoligize.
Penn State did what it needed to do.
Why exert yourself?

Hey I'm always right...unless I'm wrong.
Seriously...usually, when one says "unless they collapse", they're saying they don't think that will happen.
Penn State's played fairly decently all season- I'm 95% sure they're NIT-bound...slightly less certain of an at-large NCAA berth. They're currently 58th in the RPI- that's probably the definition of a "bubble team".
